Tom Dudek currently serves as Head Of Finance (Management Control / FP&A) at Unifrutti Group since September 2023. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at UPS from March 2008 to September 2023, including Finance Director for the Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, and Africa region, as well as Emerging Markets Finance Manager and Finance Strategy Manager. Tom's experience at Sainsbury's from August 2013 to October 2016 included roles as Non Food Accounting Manager and Telecoms Finance Manager. Tom began the career at UPS, progressing from Finance Analyst to Management Accountant. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Leeds, obtained between 2002 and 2005, and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
