Jason Laxdal

Jason Laxdal is an experienced manager and coach specializing in Lean and Agile practices, currently serving as the Manager of Lean & Agile Practice at Unify Consulting since July 2019. Jason has successfully mentored consultants, led cross-functional teams, and enhanced staff retention rates. Jason's prior roles include Agile Coach at T-Mobile and Agile Program Manager at Bayer, where Jason facilitated Agile methodologies and improved project delivery across various teams. With a strong background in technical coaching and program management, Jason has demonstrated an ability to increase team velocities and promote effective collaboration in diverse environments. Jason holds a BFA in Visual Communications Design and a BA in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington.
