Joelle Wheatley

Joelle Wheatley is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in program evaluation and strategic development across various organizations. Currently a Senior Consultant at Unify Consulting since March 2022, Joelle previously served as Associate Director of Strategy and Evaluation at Leading for Children and Manager at 3SI - Third Sector Intelligence, where Joelle led program evaluation initiatives utilizing mixed-methods quantitative research. Earlier experience includes managing partnerships for JPMorgan Chase Foundation, where Joelle also developed evaluation strategies, as well as research roles at organizations such as Metis Associates and Policy Studies Associates. Joelle holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Program Analysis from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Chicago.
