Shawn Adams

Shawn Adams is an accomplished Lean-Agile Leader with extensive experience in enterprise transformation and agile coaching. Currently serving as an Enterprise Transformation Coach at Costco through Unify Consulting since March 2021, Shawn holds multiple SAFe certifications including SPC 6 and RTE 6, alongside various agile certifications such as ICP-ACC and CSM. As the founder of Buffalo Check since 2014, Shawn has shaped agile practices using tools like Jira Align and Trello. Previous roles include SPC and RTE for ZenKey at PK, Enterprise Executive at Extreme Reach, and Director of Strategic Digital Partnerships at XOS Digital.
