Eric McCubbin

Eric McCubbin possesses extensive experience in customer engagement and management. Currently serving as Supervisor of the Customer Engagement Center at UniGroup since September 2020, Eric is responsible for team building, training, and quality assurance reviews. Prior roles include District Manager, Area Manager, and Assistant Manager at Mattress Firm from September 2014 to June 2020, as well as an Agent at Farmers Insurance from January 2012 to January 2014. Eric's career began at Lowe's Companies, Inc., where responsibilities included Customer Service III from December 2005 to February 2012. Eric's educational background includes studies at Danville Area Community College and Lincoln Christian University from 2004 to 2007.
