Prior to their tenure at Uniguest, Tammy worked from 2006 to 2014 as a Technical Assistant at B H Theron Consulting. Tammy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of South Africa, obtained between 1993 and 1995, and has completed education at the School of Modern Montessori and Eden College.
