Helder Gomes has an extensive background in IT and customer service, currently serving as Service Desk Manager and overseeing IT Partners Management at Unilabs Portugal since May 2018. Prior roles at Unilabs include Service Manager and Service Coordinator. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Computer Technician at Base Share from November 2010 to April 2018, and as a Computer Technician at SMIC II from 2003 to 2010. Helder Gomes began a professional career at CDCG, where responsibilities included customer reception from April 1999 to 2003.
