Aude Paulmyer-Aubert

Aude PAULMYER-AUBERT has been with Unilever since 2011, currently serving as the Head of Global Regulatory Affairs and Product Safety Compliance for the Nutrition Business Group. Prior roles at Unilever include R&D Foods Deploy Lead Manager for France, Nutrition and Health Leader for Foods in Europe, and Lead Regulatory Affairs and Nutrition Manager. Prior to this, Aude worked at Unilever France from 2007 to 2011 as the Lead Nutritionist and Nutrition Manager for Spreads, Dressings, and Ice Creams. Aude began the professional career as an Ingénieur Nutrition at Soprind Bongrain from 2001 to 2007. Aude holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Nutrition Humaine from the Institut National Agronomique de Paris Grignon, earned between 1998 and 2001.
