Dr. Vivek Mittal

Dr. Vivek Mittal currently serves as the Executive Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at Hindustan Unilever Limited since February 2025. Prior to this role, Dr. Mittal was the Global General Counsel at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from May 2021 to February 2025, overseeing legal matters for a leading global generic pharmaceutical company. Additional experience includes positions as Regional Counsel for Danaher Corporation, Head of Legal at Lupin Limited, Chief Manager - Legal at Reliance Retail, and various legal roles at Radico Khaitan Ltd, Indiabulls, Caparo India Operations, and Mount Shivalik Industries. Dr. Mittal holds a PhD focused on the regulation of capital markets from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, alongside qualifications as a Company Secretary and degrees in commerce and law from the same institution.
