Thomas Nipius has extensive experience in talent management and analytics, predominantly at Unilever since January 2013, where roles have included Global Talent Analytics & Innovation Manager and various managerial positions in talent and organizational effectiveness. Key achievements include the development of an automation tool for managing succession plans and talent data, redesigning talent cards for enhanced HR processes, and improving HR planning sessions through innovative data-driven strategies. Previous experience includes ownership of BureauSpruit, a role as HR Data Controller at Sterksen Advies, and a background in recruitment consultancy. Thomas holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University.
