Jay Dave has a diverse work experience in the insurance sector. Jay has worked as a VP & National Head Bank Channel at Union Asset Management Company since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a State Head Bank Channel at the same company from April 2020. Before joining Union Asset Management, Jay worked as an Area Sales Manager at Aditya Birla Health Insurance Company from April 2019 to April 2020. Jay also has experience as an Area Manager in Gujarat at Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd. from December 2012 to April 2019. Jay started their career as a Relationship Manager at MetLife, where they worked with Bancassurance and handled Punjab National Bank channel from December 2011 to December 2012. Jay also worked as a Sales Development Manager at HDFC Life from June 2010 to November 2011, where they led a team of 23 advisors and successfully generated business.
Jay Dave completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A) degree in International Business Management from St. Xavier's College, from the year 2006 to 2010. In 2010 to 2011, Jay pursued further education at the H.L Center for Professional Education (HLCPE), where they obtained a degree in International Business Management with a focus on the implementation of strategy, managerial activities, and organizational issues relating to cross-border matters.
