Ellen Yu

Ellen Yu is the Chief Information Officer at Union College since November 2010, overseeing Information Technology Services as well as Media Services and Telecommunications. Prior to this role, Ellen Yu held various positions at the University of Maryland from February 1995 to September 2010, including Director of Academic Support, Interim Director of User Support, and Director of Technology Enhanced Learning. Ellen Yu also served as Instructional Multimedia Coordinator at North Dakota State University and as a DP Systems Programmer II at the University of Maryland, College Park. Ellen Yu's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Education Policy, Planning, and Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
