Lauren Dougherty

Lauren Dougherty is an experienced professional in student activities and higher education administration, currently serving as the Director of Student Activities at Union College since September 2018. With a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College, Lauren has held various pivotal roles, including Associate Director of Student Activities & Leadership Development at Siena College and Assistant Director at SUNY Geneseo. Responsibilities encompass program development, budget management, risk assessment, and advising student organizations. Additionally, Lauren operates as a Health & Fitness Coach with Beachbody since October 2016, where motivation and accountability in health and wellness are key focuses.
