Marc Donovan

Marc Donovan is an experienced facilities and campus development professional currently serving as the Director of Facilities and Campus Development at Union College since March 2013. With a strong background in architectural and engineering management, Marc oversees financial budgeting for Facilities Services, energy procurement, and the execution of projects in alignment with a Campus Masterplan. Prior roles include Assistant Director of Facilities, where responsibilities included utilities management and renewable energy initiatives, and Senior Engineer at Albany Medical Center, focusing on project oversight and departmental needs. Earlier experience at Turner Construction involved project superintendent and cost engineering roles for significant construction projects. Marc holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College.
