Abbye Fogel has been with the Union for Reform Judaism since July 2005 and currently holds the position of Assistant Director - Youth Finance and Operations. Abbye oversees a $5,000,000 budget, conducts financial analysis and forecasting for executive leadership, and has implemented strategic structural changes. Prior to their current role, Abbye served as the NFTY Finance Manager, where Abbye managed departmental budgets, mentored teen leaders, and supervised one employee. Abbye also worked as the NFTY Coordinator of Finance & Event Logistics, centralized financial practices for teen programming, and trained staff on new processes. Abbye has a Master of Business Administration from Montclair State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Jewish Studies from Hofstra University.
