Peter A. Bradford (vice-chair) teaches and advises on utility regulation, nuclear power, and energy policy in the United States and overseas. A former member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and chair of both the New York Public Service Commission and the Maine Public Utilities Commission, he has taught at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies and at Vermont Law School. He represents Vermont on the Texas/Vermont Low-Level Radioactive Waste Compact Commission. He is the author of Fragile Structures: A Story of Oil Refineries, National Security, and the Coast of Maine.
