Bradley Bryant began their work experience in 1999 as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they worked with clients in various industries and supervised engagement team members. In 2004, they joined Newell Rubbermaid as a Senior Financial Analyst, managing balance sheet, fixed asset accounting, and leading productivity initiatives. Bradley later became a Plant Controller, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and financial delivery for a manufacturing site. From 2010 to 2012, Bryant served as the Senior Manager of Finance - Operations at Newell Rubbermaid's Decor business unit. In 2012, they joined Inno Labs LP as the Finance and Operations Manager. In 2016, Bryant joined Union State Bank as the VP of Commercial/Ag Lending, and later became the Market President. In 2009, they also started their own business, Bryant Enterprises, where they operated as the Owner/Operator.
Bradley Bryant obtained an Associate's degree in Accounting and Finance from Cowley College. Bradley attended Cowley College from 1994 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Oklahoma State University from 1996 to 1998.
