Deborah Astles

Deborah Astles is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Policy & Compliance at Unipart Group since April 2025. Previously, Deborah held various roles within Unipart Group from July 1991 to January 2015, including Director of Corporate Social Responsibility, Head of Corporate Responsibility, and Human Resources Manager/Head of Human Resources. Deborah earned a BSc in Psychology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1989, following an education at Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School in Bucks from 1980 to 1986.
