Noel Mathew

Noel Mathew is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law. As of December 2023, Noel serves as Senior Counsel at Uniphore, leading the commercial transactions team for Generative AI-based SaaS products and solutions. Prior to this role, Noel held positions as Senior Corporate Counsel at Resideo and Legal Counsel at PwC. Experience also includes serving as Lead Legal - Corporate and Commercial at ColorTokens, Inc., and Assistant Manager Legal at ITC Infotech. Noel holds a Masters in Business Law and a PGDCLCF in Cyber Law Cyber Forensic from the National Law School of India University, as well as a BBA LLB (Hons) from Christ University, Bangalore.
