Currently serving as CEO of Unique X since October 2018, Roger leads a global provider of autonomous cinema software solutions. Previously, Roger held positions including Managing Director EMEAR at RealD, where the focus was on enhancing the 3D cinema experience, and CEO of Roger Harris Consulting Ltd, specializing in business strategy and management development. Additional roles include COO at Odeon & UCI Cinemas, where Roger contributed to the strategic direction and successful integration of the company, and Managing Director at United Cinemas International, involved in a significant sales process. Roger’s career also includes a lengthy tenure at Famous Players, where Roger advanced from Director of Operations to Senior Executive Vice President and General Manager. Educationally, Roger holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Bath.
