Carol Stober has over 27 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Carol is currently employed as a Senior Sales Director at Unison, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Dowty from 2015 to 2023, serving as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager. At Dowty, they led the NPI and Amphibious Programs Team and was responsible for product lifecycle management and customer interfaces. Carol also played a key role in setting up the company's post-fire interim blade manufacturing facility. Before Dowty, Carol worked at Productiv Ltd and National Grid as a Program Manager in 2014. From 2007 to 2013, they were employed at Rolls-Royce, holding various Program Manager positions, including On-Wing Care, Gas Turbine Services, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Carol also worked as a Mechanical Engineer / Technical Consultant at Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) and as an Engineer Associate at Pratt & Whitney. Carol's work experience dates back to 1996 when they worked as a Student Contractor at the US Army Research, Development and Engineering Center.

Carol Stober attended Villanova University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. During the same period, they also pursued a Minor in Theatre/Theater at Villanova University. In May 2007, Carol obtained a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
