Andrew Maisano has a diverse professional background, starting in the US Army as a Platoon Leader from May 2010 to June 2012. Andrew then served as the Executive Officer of a 143-soldier engineer company from July 2012 to August 2013, where they managed logistical, training, and administrative systems. Andrew later became the Deputy Operations Officer of a 1,200-soldier battalion, responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tactical operations from September 2013 to June 2014.
In 2017, Andrew joined McKinsey & Company as a Summer Associate. Andrew then became an Engagement Manager from September 2018 to May 2021.
From May 2021 to October 2023, Andrew worked as the Vice President of Corporate Development at TravelCenters of America.
Currently, Andrew holds the position of Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Unison Risk Advisors, starting in November 2023.
Andrew Maisano has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School. Andrew also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) with Honors in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point. In addition, they obtained a certification from Ranger School, a program offered by the US Army, in 2015.
