Swati Tandon-Cook

Swati Tandon-Cook serves as the Global Head of Reward at Unispace since January 2023, following a tenure as Reward Partner at Aspen Insurance Group from August 2016 to January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as AVP of Reward at Deutsche Bank, Reward Specialist (EMEA) at Cushman & Wakefield, Reward Analyst at Banco Santander, HR Adviser for Reward and Benefits at Ipsos MORI, and People and Performance Co-ordinator at Old Mutual South Africa. Swati holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management (CIPD) from Bournemouth University and two Bachelor's degrees in Hotel and Restaurant Management and Hospitality from Oxford Brookes University.
