Alida MacAlister

Alida Macalister has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Alida currently works at UniSuper as an Insurance Product Lead since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Australian Payments Network (AusPayNet) as a Stream Lead for the ISO 20022 Industry Migration Program from May 2021 to April 2023. From 2014 to 2021, Alida was employed at National Australia Bank in multiple roles. Alida served as the Head of Global Payments, contributing to NAB's positioning as a global leader in payments innovation. Alida also held the role of Senior Product Manager, where they spearheaded the transformation of the term deposit product suite and successfully completed various regulatory projects. Before joining NAB, Alida worked at Plum as the Head of Product, where they played a crucial role in delivering solutions, leading regulatory changes, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance products and increase funds under management.

Alida Macalister has completed a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Molecular Genetics at the University of Melbourne. Additionally, they have also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Project Management from the University of New England (AU).
