Danielle Jones

Danielle Jones has served in various roles at UniSuper since August 2015, currently holding the position of Digital Channel Owner and previously working as a Business Enablement Consultant in Member Services. Responsibilities include acting as a Business Change Partner, facilitating project training, managing business unit communications, and serving as a subject matter expert in workshops and co-design sessions. Danielle also focuses on process improvement and knowledge management within Member Services. Prior to UniSuper, Danielle worked at AustralianSuper from May 2014 to August 2015, starting as an Inbound Customer Service Representative and progressing to roles in Member Services, including Quality and Coaching.
