Marco di Santis

Marco Di Santis is an experienced change management professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently, Marco serves as a Change Lead at UniSuper since September 2020, following a brief tenure as a Change Agent with the Department of Health & Human Services in Victoria. Prior to these roles, Marco held multiple positions at MYER, including Business Change Manager and Project Manager, and contributed to organizational change at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Sensis. Marco obtained a Bachelor of Education in Primary from Victoria University between 1989 and 1991, demonstrating a foundational commitment to education alongside a specialized career in change management.
