Sharanya Thangavel

Sharanya Thangavel has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sharanya began their career at Cummins Inc. in 2007 as an IT Analyst, where they were responsible for preparing design specifications, implementing code changes, and conducting unit testing. In 2009, they joined Lloyds Banking Group as a Module Leader and Subject Matter Expert, where they identified business solutions, performed system analysis, and prepared cost estimation documents. In 2013, they moved on to Westpac Group as a Senior Production Support Analyst, providing support for online banking applications, monitoring production job failures, and assisting customers with technical issues. In 2014, they joined Innovation Group Australia as an Application Support Coordinator, coordinating support activities, organizing meetings, and managing resource utilization. Most recently, they have been working at UniSuper since 2016, initially as a Production Support Lead and currently as an Operational Support Lead.

Sharanya Thangavel completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Information Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
