Julien Gagnier

Julien Gagnier, CHRL, MBA, currently serves as the Human Resources Country Lead for Canada at Unisys, where responsibilities encompass driving HR strategies aligned with company goals, advising on employee relations, and enhancing employee engagement while ensuring compliance with Canadian employment laws. Previously, Julien held the position of Senior Manager of People Operations at Later, leading a team of HR specialists and overseeing foundational People Operations systems and programs. Julien also served as Director of Human Resources at Microart Services Inc., managing all HR functions for 300 employees, and as a Consultant at Honda Canada Inc., where contributions included managing compensation structures and enhancing HR processes. Earlier experience includes roles at Canada's Top 100 Employers, focusing on HR research and editorial management. Julien holds an MBA from Schulich School of Business and a Professional Certificate in Human Resources Management from York University, along with an Hon. B.A. from the University of Toronto.
