Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with RBS Business Services Private Limited as a country head of human resources, Standard Chartered Bank, Procter & Gamble Distribution Company Limited and DCM Limited. She was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from December 16, 2019.

The formation of Unit Trust of India marked the evolution of the Indian mutual fund industry in the year 1963. The primary objective at that time was to attract the small investors and it was made possible through the collective efforts of the Government of India and the Reserve Bank of India
