Farhad Gadiwalla has over 18 years of experience in product management and development in the financial sector. Starting at HPCL as a Product Manager for the Smart Card Programme, they then moved on to roles at ICICI Bank Ltd, Reliance Capital Asset Management Co. Ltd., and ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. At UTI MF, they held various roles, eventually becoming the Executive Vice President & Head of Products. Their responsibilities included driving product strategy, budgeting, and business development initiatives while ensuring distributor and client engagement.
Farhad Gadiwalla completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai in the years 1995 to 2000. Farhad then pursued a Masters in Management Studies (M.M.S.) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2001 to 2003. The formation of Unit Trust of India marked the evolution of the Indian mutual fund industry in the year 1963. The primary objective at that time was to attract the small investors and it was made possible through the collective efforts of the Government of India and the Reserve Bank of India
