Jayashree Vaidhyanathan is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a B.E. degree in Computer Science Engineering from University of Madras and an MBA degree from Cornell University. She is also a chartered financial analyst from the Association for Investment Management and Research. Prior to joining our Company, she was associated with Scope International Private Limited as head of Chennai technology and Accenture Services Private Limited. Presently, she is associated with Bahwan CyberTek Private Limited as president of banking and financial services institutions. She was appointed as an Independent Director of our Company with effect from December 16, 2019.
