Daria Pachla

Daria Pachla is an experienced Engineering Manager at UNIT4 since October 2012, responsible for the productivity of scrum teams and personnel management within the domain. Key responsibilities include ensuring optimal team composition, integration of new teams, team deliverables, and performance reviews. Daria also participates in recruitment and oversees onboarding activities for new employees. Prior to this role, Daria gained experience as a Senior Developer, Developer, and Junior Developer at UNIT4, and as a Trainee at Spirax Sarco and the Broker Agency of Bank PKO BP. Daria holds a BSc in Information Technology from Polsko-Japońska Wyższa Szkoła Technik Komputerowych and an MSc in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw, with an Erasmus Exchange program at Sheffield Hallam University.
