Stephen Cummings

Stephen Cummings serves as the VP of Customer Support at Unit4 since June 2025, leading efforts in enterprise software for people-centric service organizations. Prior to this role, Cummings was the Senior Director of Customer and Product Support at Avalara from May 2019 to June 2025, focusing on tax compliance solutions. Cummings has also held senior leadership positions at Sophos, overseeing support services for security solutions, and at MetaPack Group, enhancing customer experiences in delivery services. Earlier experience includes roles at Ixia, where Cummings was the Director of Worldwide Technical Support and EMEA Technical Support Manager, providing critical solutions for network performance and security. Cummings holds a degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
