Kelsey Barrett is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in women's and children's health, malaria, and diagnostics. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Unitaid since August 2020, Kelsey previously held positions at PATH, where responsibilities included leading research on diagnostic product development, conducting usability evaluations for HIV self-testing, and coordinating projects for neglected tropical diseases. Earlier experience includes roles at Tostan and the University of Washington, where Kelsey supported community education programs and contributed to academic courses. Kelsey holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health from the University of Washington School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Political Science from the University of Washington.
