Dave Ostergren

Dave Ostergren is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as a UX Lead at United Airlines since October 2022, Ostergren previously held the role of Product Designer at Wells Fargo and REEF, where products were crafted to enhance both employee empowerment and customer experience in the micro-fulfillment program. Earlier in the career, Ostergren worked as a Product Owner at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., overseeing the design and development of digital products aimed at improving guest satisfaction and crew experiences. Beginning as a Secondary School Teacher in Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Ostergren holds a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany and further education from Ironhack.
