Steve Seger

Steve Seger is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as Director at United Communications since December 2018, Steve oversees critical committees related to audit and compensation for a major provider of telecommunications services in Middle Tennessee. In addition to this role, Steve has held significant positions including Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice Chairman at Middle Tennessee Electric and various leadership roles at Cumberland University, where participation as an Adjunct Professor of Business aligns with a commitment to education. Steve has also contributed as Treasurer for the Express Carriers Association and as President of Crosstown, demonstrating a strong background in strategic planning and resource management. Earlier experience includes service as a First Lieutenant in the United States Army and consultancy with Associated Corporate Consultants. Steve holds an MBA from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Memphis.
