Lauren Slaughter Greer

Lauren Slaughter Greer is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in executive compensation and investor relations. Currently, Lauren serves as the Executive Compensation Manager and Director of Investor Relations and Equity Compensation at United Community Bank since September 2015. Prior to this, Lauren held various significant roles at The Palmetto Bank, including Director of Accounting and Finance, Chief Financial Officer, and Accounting Manager from June 2002 to September 2015. Additionally, Lauren worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG LLP from September 1998 to June 2002. Lauren earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Clemson University, completing the program in 1998.
