Kurt Ladley has a diverse work history spanning several industries. Starting in 2004, they worked at Bloomingdale's as a Culinary Consultant and All-Clad Specialist. From 2006 to 2013, they owned KBenjamin Catering & Events. In 2013, they joined Nestlé Nespresso as a Team Leader, where they worked until 2017. Kurt then transitioned to the banking industry, working as a Mortgage Loan Officer at MB Financial Bank from 2017 to 2019 and at Fifth Third Bank from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they worked as a Mortgage Originator and Production Assistant at Northpointe Bank. In 2023, they were a Business Development Coordinator at Guaranteed Rate Affinity before becoming the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at United Home Loans.
Kurt Ladley attended Campbell University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications.
