Kate Breitbeil is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public health and performance improvement. Currently serving as a Performance Improvement Specialist and Safety Analyst at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since January 2012, Kate has previously held roles as an ADAP Operations Specialist and HIV Epidemiology and Disease Surveillance member with the Virginia Department of Health from February 2006 to January 2012. Additionally, Kate worked as a Communicable Disease Investigator at both the Virginia Beach Department of Public Health and the Norfolk Department of Public Health from March 2001 to February 2006. Kate holds a Master's degree in Education (MSEd.) in Public Health/Education and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from James Madison University.
