Tess Thomson Gallagher

Tess Thomson Gallagher is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in public relations and strategic communications. Currently serving as a Public Relations Strategist at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since August 2023, Gallagher previously worked as a Communications Manager at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where responsibilities included developing external communications strategies and managing media relations. Additional experience includes roles as a Public Affairs Manager, Deputy Communications Director, and various positions within the U.S. House of Representatives focused on communications and media outreach.
