Janet Sutcliffe

Janet Sutcliffe is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources management, currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at United Response since September 2012. Janet has advanced through various roles at United Response, including Head of HR Partnering & Support and Senior HR Business Partner, where responsibilities included managing a team of HR Business Partners and a transactional HR team. Prior to this role, Janet held HR management positions at Sesame Bankhall and temporarily at The Cheque Centre, as well as serving as an HR Business Partner at Anchor Trust, where the focus was on aligning people strategy with business needs. Additionally, Janet has experience as Group People Development Manager and HR Project Manager at William Hill from September 2001 to December 2007. Academic qualifications include education from Leeds Beckett University.
