Mark has worked in local authorities (a district council, two London Boroughs and a county council), an executive agency, the largest Non Departmental Public Body, and a Government department.
Since stepping down from executive roles he has taken on a Non Executive position in a NHS Mental Health Trust.
He lives in London and originally trained as a scientist before becoming an accountant.
