Nathan M. Manni

Nathan M. Manni is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at United Road Services since 2018, Nathan has progressed through various leadership roles, including Vice President and General Counsel and Corporate Counsel. Prior experience includes a directorial position at FGR from 2015 to 2017 and a decade as Managing Partner at Cohen, Manni, Theune & Manni LLP, during which Nathan also acted as General Counsel for the North Whidbey Park and Recreation District. Initial legal experience included a legal internship at Toyota Technical Center U.S.A. and a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Robert H. Cleland. Nathan holds a Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Ave Maria School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree, Summa Cum Laude, with honors in politics from Whitman College.
