Peter Broadley is an experienced soccer coach and educator with a robust background in youth and collegiate sports. Currently serving as the Head Coach for the Carolina Core FC 15U and 16U Boys Elite teams, Broadley has an extensive coaching history, including roles as Senior Academy Staff and Coach Educator at United Soccer Coaches since 1997, and as US Soccer & NC Coach Educator for NC Youth Soccer since 1986. Previously, Broadley held significant positions such as Director of North/Huntersville/Elite Teams at Charlotte Soccer Academy and Executive Director of Coaching at FC Carolina Alliance, where a focus on player development and mentoring emerged as key passions. Broadley's previous experience also includes managing the Cape Fear Youth Soccer Association and serving as Head Men's Soccer Coach at High Point University. Broadley holds a Master of Education in Physical Education from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a Teaching Certificate in Physical Education from Matlock College of Education.
