Kelly Hale

Kelly Hale, MS, is an accomplished manager with extensive experience in both civilian and military operations. Currently serving as a Manager at Raytheon since April 2017, Kelly oversees the performance and productivity of manufacturing the Patriot Missile System, managing approximately 40 assembler and technician employees. With a military career since January 2001, Kelly has held multiple roles including Support Operations Officer, Quality Control Officer, and Aviation Maintenance Officer, demonstrating strong leadership in logistics, quality assurance, and aircraft maintenance. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Business in Leadership and a Doctor of Philosophy in Organizational Leadership, along with advanced degrees in Project Management and Professional Aeronautics.
