Christine D’Alessandro, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Assistant Director, HR Business Partner at the United States Golf Association (USGA) since December 2023. From June 2015 to December 2023, Christine held various roles at the New Jersey Devils, culminating as Senior Manager of Human Resources, with responsibilities including Employee Experience and Programming, and Business Operations. Prior to that, Christine was involved in marketing and social media as an intern with the Somerset Patriots, contributing to increased fan engagement and successful event organization. Earlier internships included sports marketing with the Justin Sheftel Memorial Softball Tournament and radio operations at 95.5 PLJ. Christine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Entrepreneurial Studies from Muhlenberg College.

The USGA is a nonprofit organization that celebrates, serves and advances the game of golf. Founded in 1894, we conduct many of golf’s premier professional and amateur championships, including the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open. With The R&A, we govern the sport via a global set of playing, equipment, handicapping and amateur status rules.
