Kelsey Wulfkuhle, MSW, serves as the Senior State Advocacy Manager at United States of Care since August 2022, where responsibilities include fostering strategic relationships with advocates, policymakers, and stakeholders to advance access to quality and affordable healthcare. Prior experience includes roles as Healthcare Policy Specialist at Community Care Network of Kansas, Policy Fellow for Missouri Representative Keri Ingle, and Research Intern at St. Louis County Executive's Office, among others. Kelsey has a strong background in healthcare policy, advocacy, and community engagement, supported by a Master's degree in Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor's degree in Community Psychology from Wichita State University, and an education abroad experience in International Relations at Charles University.
