Paul Forshaw

Paul Forshaw has extensive experience in the water and wastewater services industry, currently serving as County Business Leader for Cumbria at United Utilities since January 2004. In this role, Paul leads the delivery of essential water services, encompassing catchment management, water treatment, network operations, customer service, maintenance, and project delivery. Previous positions include Network Business Manager for both water and wastewater, where Paul directed clean drinking water operations and wastewater network services for millions of customers in the North West of England. Other roles include Head of National Water Trading and Planning, Area Business Manager for Water Treatment, and Transformation Manager, where Paul focused on driving operational efficiencies and improving service provision. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science from Coventry University.
