Scott Green

Scott Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the utilities sector. Currently serving as the Head of Developer Services & Metering at United Utilities since July 2020, Scott is responsible for delivering metering, new water and waste connections, and lead replacement operations, managing a substantial annual capital expenditure of approximately £60 million. Prior to this role, Scott held various positions at United Utilities and Severn Trent, including Director at Green Sky Consulting Limited and Programme Director for Developer Services at Severn Trent, where Scott led significant initiatives such as the development of a business strategy in preparation for new regulatory measures. Scott holds an MSc in Engineering & Management and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical & Computer Aided Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
