Janine Ribeiro Chow-Quan, MS, LMHC has held various roles in the mental health field, including VP, Community Impact at United Way of Broward County, Director at Commission on Substance Abuse, and Clinical Director at Blue Streams Counseling. With a BA in Psychology from Florida International University and an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, Janine brings extensive experience and expertise to their work.
